Valentines day is celebrated once in a year. But real gentlemen and ladies of this country make it a daily habit. Kikwetu does not wait for October to celebrate the international customer service week but have a tradition of celebrating customers on a continuous basis.

Customer Service Week(CS Week) is celebrated annually in the first full week of October when customer-oriented organizations and institutions around the world recognize the importance of Customer Service Excellence in their organizations.

Kikwetu is the preferred brand of sifted maize meal in Kenya's retail outlets and supermarkets. Milled from the finest maize, it is tasty and nutritious for the whole family.

Kikwetubelieves customer satisfaction is the key to sustainable business in an era where all other competencies can be easily acquired and/or copied.

It is therefore our endeavour to continually improve our quality, reduce costs and enhance delivery. Our Customer Service Centre ensures that delivery of goods and services to our customers is directed towards achieving world-class standards.

Our monthly programs where we go to visit our customers, retailers and distributers has been the key to our success. Through this exercise we learn from our customers, our retailers and distribution network by listening to the feedback gathered.

In our recent customer focus visit, we spoke to customers in Eastlands who were extremely happy and we got bot positive and negative feedback.
